We’ll guide you through every step from the seed of an idea to your return home. It's a collaborative process with your input always encouraged. And for those whose most precious asset is time and want us to do it all, we ensure you can leave the planning to us.

Does it cost me more?
No! Occasionally it will even cost you less, as we have access to special rates and promotions. We do charge various planning fees based on your trip needs. This is to protect our time and the value of our expertise.
How involved can I be in the planning?
As involved as you'd like! We work with clients who want us to completely take the reins. And we also work with clients who love to let us know their preferred resorts and we will take care of the details to ensure the best experience possible.

Let’s get you booked! We’ll collect your deposit(s) to officially reserve your trip.
At this time we consult on travel insurance, VIP you at hotels, as well as advise on visas and any necessary extras.

Fine Details
We can orchestrate everything — from the big things like hotels, guides, and transfers — to the fine details like dining reservations, spa bookings, and concierge arrangements.
STEP 4
Discover & Understand
First, we schedule a consultation to get to know each other. We learn about your past travel experiences, your travel wish list, hobbies, likes/dislikes, and more about the vision for your upcoming trip.
Once we’ve had an initial consultation call to determine the expectations of your trip, we will collect your signed Client Booking Form and Consulting Fee. Then the real fun begins!

Monitor & Manage
After take-off, we will be there to support you throughout your trip. When you’ve returned home, we’ll be eager to hear your stories and gather feedback.

After final payment is settled, we will provide you with your custom itinerary, necessary travel documents and all the reference materials.
We'll research and develop an itinerary, presenting you with ideas, inspiration, and insider tips.
It's a collaborative process often with a few rounds to tweak the itinerary to ensure it's perfect for you. We can be as hands-on as you like, detailing and customizing every excursion for you, or focusing just on the hotels and letting you find your own fun!
